I have a D816 system that has ARS working on it works fine so long as the users dial outside line access in australia it is 0. I also have another site which also has ARS working but the users can either push the line appearance or dial 0 and the call still goes through ARS. I have had a look at the programming cannot work it out any ideas thanks in advance

Bob, I've never seen a way here in the States where selecting a CO does not override the ARS. MrG

it is in your addtional fuctions field on the "n" rom version and beyond(i think) you could stop them using line keys to by pass ars

IT is the pgm 990 area 6 I have fixed the problems. so even if they push a button they have to dial 0 for a line which then dials the ARS code thanks
