Hi everybody it's nice to be around.I'd been reading the manual but i can't find how to delete the call records, since my system keeps old calls in memory, i would like to keep only the new ones after i check it. Thanks a lot for your help.

Sorry friends, but i need a little more info to do it. I'm looking the records with Hyper terminal, when you say shift Key or CLR, Are you talking about the computer's Keyboard?

If its a 816D then it holds 100 records and overwrites the oldest. No way to clear that I Know of. Just get a small accconting package and let the PC keep the records. Save yourself some time!!!

panasonicfan, I was thinking about this and it dawned on me, your reading the SMDR output on the screen with hyperterm. No, you can't talk to the system at all like that as hyperterm will not talk to the system. As far as I know, you'll have to delete the log at station 101. You may try going into field 800 and setting outgoing and incoming to off. reboot the system and then go in and turn it back on. I don't know of a way to select what is erased on the smdr output. Other then that, I don't know what to tell you. MrG

Thanks everybody for trying to help me. I tried what you say, but no way. The memory keeps around 200 old calls, but those are not exchanged, always are the same. MrG, when you say reboot, Is it a hard reboot?
Thanks again, but should be a way to erase those records.
