I have been told I can record a coversation into a mailbox by pressing a one touch button on my handset, I have TDA200 with TVP100, I have adjusted Class of service and programed the button, but when I press the button on the phone while talking it does nothing.

I found the problem, for some reason their is a delay from when you press the button on your handset untill the actual light on the handset comes on/starts recording. I guess its a delay getting into the voicemail system. Another annoying thing is that you cant record a coversation whilst you are monitering someone else's conversation.......
