Extension 116 is restricted from making outside calls, need to unrestrict it. Dont have a clue as to what program. Can somebody help me.....

FF7 is TRS programming.
7# is day TRS
8# is night TRS
Select port # ,set each trunk to a 7 for day and night TRS, and it will be unrestricted.

Check the port vs. extension under FF3. If it is square it should be port 17. Make sure in case some slacker was there before you. :thumb:
