I've been trying NewWay2 demo for the past coupla days. So far I'm impressed and the price is definately right. It's perfect for creating and tracking work orders and techs, however, it seems you would need another separate billing program to do the actual billing. Hi Reb, Thanks for the info. I have been in the business for over 14 yrs., have used 3 different softwares to run the complete business needs..the works. The first one went out of business and we lost support from them. Great software though, had all we needed at the time. The second was not written for our industry, but after many dollars of changes, it was functional. The third is back to manual w/QB and I hate this one the most. ha! I am not interested in looking at having to run 2 or 3 different softwares to achieve complete company functions. I know there is software available for all aspects of an interconnect company. S2-softwares.com has one program. So far they are the only one I have found that actually covers all aspects. Tigerpaw is great if you want to run an accounting package behind it. Perhaps NewWay2 is the same. I'll look. I am not concerned with inhouse payroll, cheap enough to get outside of office plus privacy is a plus. Thanks for the referral, I'll run the demo and see what it is like. I've looked at ICODE, H2 techonologies, Tigerpaw, and ADP Wholesale. Just FYI if you want to look at some other demos. NewWay2 was the only one I had found until I read your post. I've already contacted S2 and downloaded a demo. I also have to say that a rep got right back with me after requesting info on a demo and was really helpful ansewring my questions. I have'nt had time to look it over yet but it seems to have everything by looking at their power point demo. Thanks for the tip.

Cool...and Scott is working on a dispatch "calendar view" which should be completed in 2 weeks. I really like what they are doing and I contacted 4 of his referrals, everyone of them either emailed me or called me with raving reports, apparently knowing Scott for many years. He has replied immediately to me on every question I have put to him and he impressed me most with his "customer service comes first" attitude. My dad's company uses a custom made software program (it was tailor made to fit their needs) called Dispatch Central. It does basically anything you can think of for telecom:
accounting
invoices
work orders
equipment staging
purchase orders
etc.
It's a pretty nice program from what I have seen of it.
