Hi
I wish to install a KXTEA308 at a place where growth is not an issue.
I would like to know which programming options of the KXTA624, if any, are either absent or more limited on the KXTEA308.
Thanks

Also, keep in mind that the "E" version is slightly different then the KX-TA308 which is the US version.
The "E" version is a UK or Euro. version.

Thanks sncsnc and thanks MrGemini.
They are selling me this "E" thing. Any idea as to what differences I should expect?

The KXTA624 is also an outdated model, It was replaced by the 824 which has a few more features and the price is similer, you may want to look at it.

A KX-TEA 308 is a mini KX-TES 824 and has software and looks identical to our 824 and
the Kx-TA 624E over there has software as well that looks like our PPD 1232 for the KX-TD

yes the USA version of the KX-TA624 and the KX-TA308 are both on the scrap heap the only migration path for the KX-TA308 phones is the KX-TAW 848 3.0

if I was you i'dd try to get my hands on a kx-tda
15E or 30E if you are in Europe! S

Thanks. I'll take the advice. I assume that all of these models can be programmed via the serial port. Right?

I am intrigued by the answer.
I am in South America. I have a system that programs the KXTA624 directly from the Internet via a local computer connected through RS232 to the KXTA624.
I wish to use the same system for the new equipment. What local factor affects that? ("If you are in Europe..")
Thanks

The TA308 phones are supported by TA824 Ver 2.0.
