Just a couple of minutes ago our phones have been unable to dial out. We usually just press 9 and we get a tone, but now we get a busy signal and the display reads "CO TALK TRK#16"
How do I fix this!?

well somebody called our service provider, not our phone hardware provider, and they 'fixed' it. we can now dial out, but it now says the same thing just TRK#15, when it was working normally it didnt say anything.
But now after the 'fix' we cannot transfer calls to the voice mail! we can access our mailboxes and everything, just transfering callers to the boxes doesnt work, it just hangs and goes back to the automated woman.
any ideas on how to fix this? If a reset is in order, maybe some help on the steps of what to do? The system has been running for a long time, and nobody knows a correct, safe reset procedure.

Call your hardware vendor or find a new one, if turning both systems off for a couple min and then back on does not work. DBS and Panavoice are kinda tricky. Maybe a DBS Guru will chime in???
