Why isn't my 824 storing caller ID numbers when I miss a call? Is there a setting that I need to change. I know the caller ID displays. There is a common log button set up on the phone. However, unless I answer the call on one of the phones I can't go back and see the caller ID in the common log. Am I missing something?

I was wrong. When my TVS-200 answers the call I don't get caller ID. If someone calls and then hangs up the phone before the voicemail answers the caller ID is stored. How do I fix this so that I can get Caller ID even when the voicemail answers the call?

the 200 will not pass caller id info! you could set
the voicemail for intercept routing and see if the caller id gets captured before the voicemail kicks in...
