i need help with a panasonic DBS system, the customers auto attendant has stopped working. also for some reason their paging button on FF12 lost its programming. i checked out the box and the lights on the MFR and CPC and A-EC are flashing. i'm no expert on this system, but i'm good enough to follow any instructions. my biggest obstacle is the location is an hour and a half away. so that leads me to my next question, what is needed as far as software to dial in remotely, i know the system has the MFR card and SCC card but i'm unsure if there is a RAI installed on the SCC. i also know the sequence needed once the operator picks up. any help on this would be huge and extremely appreciated. i'm such an idiot, this system is in a grocery store and the phone system is in the back of the store and there is a feed to a front IDF. from there i was able to trace down the ports going to the voice mail system (netware 4.1) in an office tucked away on top of a file cabinet where nobody would notice. plus nobody has a clue what its for and come to find out someone had turned it off and nobody was fessing up. i was also able to program the paging button after i put the extension in the paging group. what a relief.
