help. i just defaulted a tvs95 and now i cannot access the message managers mailbox. when i enter *998 the system says you cannot access this service. what did i do wrong, or what did i leave out? i did quick setup. i never had this happen before. thanks

CC, it's a security feature.
You have to go in with the laptop and enable access to system and message managers mailbox through phone.
