Okay, for some reason my end user felt they needed to pull the cpc out of their Panasonic dbs824 ksu. I'm assuming this is when their problems started plus he said they have been having some power issues last week or so.
Now none of their 8 analog extensions seem to work. When you call them from a phone the displays reads not installed and you get a busy. I don't work on panasonics much and can't find too much in the book on analog extensions so thought I'd see what you guys thought. To me it looks like they are not programmed in the system. Also when I hook onto one with my test set, I don't get any tone, or when I hit 9, I don't get any dial tone.

any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
"TEL SET TYPE" needs to be set for type 9 for the single line extensions (and they *are* notorious for losing this data). If you've got the manuals and want to give it a try, knock yourself out :)It's not too difficult, but beyond the scope of a quick answer here. I (or someone else well versed) can talk you (or your customer) through it pretty quickly but it'd prolly be a billable thing- not that I'm soliciting work or anything :shhh:
