On a 72/90 DBS: What is the procedure to program a name on an ext. I believe it gets done thru a DSS. Is there another way?

use the dial pad to enter the letters of the name
hold
on/off

Use the flash key for spaces, and to backspace, use the auto key. Once you enter the last letter of the name, press the flash key once more to move the cursor over one more space before you press the hold key. If you don't, it will leave the last letter off of the persons name.
