Hi, new member here.
I have recently added CID to our DBS 72 system and it's receiving and displaying CID as it should. The problem is we cannot access the "Call Log" or "Other info, time/date".
I have assigned an FF key (*6) on each extension and enabled Call Log feature (#96), (display shows "Caller ID ON"). When the FF key flashes indicating new CID info is present, pressing the FF key displays CID Name and Number as it should, but then pressing the CONF key displays ERROR when it should show additional info, time & date. Also, after displaying the initial CID name and number, pressing the (*) or (#) key should scroll through the last 10 records in the CID Log, but again we only get ERROR.
S/W version is CPC-B 6.1
Am I missing some program setting?
