I just added the caller id card(84893) to the 848 but it doesnt communicate with the system in slot summary it shows Pre Install what can i do for that

in pc programming

1- Under CO card property make sure the system sees the CID card installed, it should see it under one of the options,

2- if it does see the card, make caller id type FSK w/ Visual Caller ID.

3- Under CO port property, enable CID for the desired CO ports.

caller ID from verizon
