Is there a way to have the autodial phone numbers show on the display longer. When my customer pushes a flexible button or feature button on the phone and the stored phone number is diplayed as it is dialing, it is displayed for a very short time. Anyway to have it seen on the display longer, 20 seconds or longer?

As I was reading the "should my client pick up the old DBS" system thread a few down, I agreed with 'em (age, lack of info,vm compatibilty, etc), but then after reading this, I remembered, yup, DBS does/did handle most featured better than KXT. Seems like the DBS engineers said-
"here's a common feature, lets try to actually make it user friendly", and the KXT guys said, "here's a feature, next..." smile

No, but there is a good news bad news solution to this. You can delay the call duration start timer up to 60 seconds. The bad news is that it screws up your SMDR printout.

Redial or looking at the SMDR works after the call is over.

Tried the call duration start timer for 20 seconds. Autodial number on LCD still only shows for a couple of seconds, then timer goes to 0:00 and then starts after 20 sec.
