I removed a customers system and relocated to the new location. It is a Panasonic 576HD with an IFM2S Voice mail card.
I programmed it at the office and safely shut it down and packed it in the box. The next morning I get up and drive 2 hrs to the new location. Pull it out of the Box, wire up the phones and turn it on. The voice mail will not come up at all.
I checked all the phone programming and its correct. You cannot dial the v.mail. The thing goes from the power up sequence to the self test sequence, then to the boot up complete sequence, but after that it shows minor and major alarms as well as the application light. it the shows that for 2 minutes and begins the whole procedure over again.
I have tried everything I can think of. I reset the cmos and did the system reset. Does anyone know of something I am missing or should I throw in the towel and send it out to get repaired?
Any Help Appreciated
