Seems lately that were getting lots of calls about the time on the TDA systems 50/100/200 falling behind each month. Some times up to 5-7 minutes a month. I'm curious to see if any onther dealers/users are seeing this and if its even worth a call to tech support. Not sure what they could or if they would do anything about it. I'm assuming the time is clocked on the processor card and would need to be reenginered to fix the issue.

Don't have any TDA's without CID. CID sets time. If they bought a TDA, they should have CID.

I've got several TDA's and have not notice any problems. Most are ver. 2 and ver. 3
Do the job right the first time.

Thanks for the replies. Most of the systems in question are at least version 2 if not 3. I'll have to check on the CID I'm assuming the ones in question must not have CID since the TDA will clock of off the CID time. I called Panasonic on a different issue and mentioned this to them. They came back with pretty much the same response about CID. I'll consider this issue closed out for now unless the problem becomes worse at these sites.
