Installed system. Did initial programming on sight with the telephone. Trying to do flex button programming with the PC and I can not get it to connect. DB9 cable with a Null Modem to PC and it will not connect. What am I missing.

Try the USB port next to the DB9 :-)

USB is the way to go...you may need to load the USB driver on your laptop
