Hi sotiri,
They have to be programmed to ring if you want line auto answer on lifting of handset, other wise you have to keep pressing the line.
The programme you want is under heading Flexible day ring asignment or Flexible night asignment
I think it is programme 08 day and 09 night. you have to switch the programme switch in the control unit ( on right hand side when you open door of ksu) and program on ext 11. check the codes on your installation manual.
