Not sure if this works or not. But I wrote this down many years ago, and have denied it in every switch I touch.
1(888) 700-0400 is a toll free number that once dialed, will allow a caller to be routed to international destinations and bill charges back to the originating number. It is recommended that this number be denied, or at least, restricted as much as possible in ARS.
