i got a pbx panasonic 824 and tvs100 voice mail i need to setup for first time. my phones are kx-7731. also got pbx 824 software and vm manual.
i only need to know how to start programing voice mail system.
i alreay assigned jack 15-16 as voice mail ports.
but i don't find the programming section with the propietary phones.

the voicemail does not get programmed through a telephone set, you need to connect a computer to the tvs100 to do the programming. what kind of card does the vmail system have? (a tvs102 or a tvs104)

if your an end user, programming the voicemail system is not a simple straight-foward procedure.
you should call a local Panasonic certified dealer, like my company. we are in nyc. pm me if you need my company phone number.
