I posted this in the instaler's forum. No luck yet...
I am looking for an old post and have not had any luck with my search results. Possibly you can help me drum it up. It was about customer account structure. There was a Platnum account, Gold, Silver, (something else), and finally Lead. Each account was handled in its own way.
Do any of you remember this? I could use it for my business. I have a couple of Leads and they want to know how to get out of that classification. The structure of that program would be a good solution.

It was a joke class thing but I will pm you the structure, by the way it was not mine but someone elses on the board
