Deny codes are entered to one of the cos levels
codes 301- level 2-6
302 level 3-6
303 level 4-6
304 level 5-6
305 level 6 only
Programe 601 - assigns cos to extensions
306 -310 are exception codes for each level
and 311 is for emergency codes
