doorphone wont stop ringing on 616 system until phone is picked up... it used to stop after three sets of alerts... this is poor when no one here... rings for hours... i cant seem to find this in manual. its not a stuck button, cause it does stop once i pick up... ideas?

There is no programmable timer for the ring time on door unit, did you disable any other timer could be related. Is the clock working?, is any other timer not opperating i.e hold recall timer. Try pressing the reset button in ksu
