I have 10 CO's and 16 EXT's on a TDA-100. CO's 1,2,3 should only ring at ext 101, and, if Busy/NA, go to VM box 101. The other 7 are DIL'ed to specific extensions. All EXT's have access to all CO's for outward dialing. I believe there is a number (code), such as 77*, that will allow an incoming call on CO 1,2,3, to be answered from any EXT. Is that correct? What is that number? I tried *40 + 01 (extension group number) but it does not work for me.
Thank you.

Johnny, Countywide is correct, we do require a complete profile and then we'll be more then happy to help you out with end user questions. I'm not saying we won't help you but they should be willing to answer simple questions over the phone. MrG
