Hi all, here's the run down. I just started working for a company that uses the panasonic vb-43223 phones. The problem is, noone really knows how to use them very well and with me being the new (and only) IT/PC guy, they've asked me to try to solve some of it's mysteries. I have a manual, but it doesn't go into detail for all of the problems I'm trying to correct. Below is a list of what I'm trying to change in order of priority. If anyone has any info on this at all, it would be greatly appreciated, I've searched the net up and down, and all to no avail... PLEASE HELP!! help

1) How to reset voicemail settings/password from previous user using phone?

2) How to change the time displayed on the phone?

3) How to change the amount of rings before the call is forwarded?

4)Is it possible to forward a phone to 2 different extensions rathar than just 1?

Well, that's it, although, I know it's a lot. Hopefully someone out there can shed some light on some of these. If you'd rather not post for the whole world to see, feel free to pm me or email me.

What type of voicemail system do you have?

I believe it is PanaVoice, does that sound right?

THE MODEL OF THE VOICE MAIL SYSTEM, AND THE CHENGING DATE & TIME OF YOUR PHONE IS IN THE PABX SYSTEM WHAT IS THE MODEL OF IT,THE SETTING OF RINGING I THINK YOUR PHONE UNIT HAVE A ADJASTABLE BOTTON OR SWITCH YES IF YOUR SYSTEM IS NON BLOCKING SYSTEM MODEL.........
