I have a customer that is requesting to upgrade to troubleshoot a card issue that they are experiencing. If I go from 2.2 to 3.2 do I have to re-register the system? I am concerned as the company that registered it is no longer in business.

In the Maintenance Console go to Utility Flash Rom ID. If you have one, the answer is yes.
Anyone can register it after the upgrade.
