Guys, is it at all possible to restrict certain CO lines from dialing 1NXXNXXXXXX ? I have a system with 2 different trunk providers and the customer would like all LD/TOLL calls to go out over a certain one of them, as the rates are more than half what they are on the other CO provider's lines. I have only seen that you can restrict an extension by COS, but haven't seen what I'm looking for.

not that I can tell no, and thats a familiar term to me as I work almost primarily on Avaya products...

look in specs the kx-tem 824has it your maint console should mention it if its available and thats exactly what you are looking for least cost routing...
