Any body knows were can i download the programming software for the KX-TVA50, because i'm having some problems and i need to enable the programming port on the voice mail so i can record the welcoming message and the voice mail for each extension?

You can't download the Kxtva 50 software , it is only available to certified panasonic installers / engineers.
The company greeting will only play if set as AA unit,if this is not set up you are better getting in a tech, he/her will do it it 1/3 of the time you could spend trying to get it right.
If you just want to record the message in the voicemail box that is done through the handset,dial in to mailbox and press 3-1-1 and follow promps from there,to record the company greeting that is done through the message managers mailbox, but you need a password.to set up voice mail you go through system manager mailbox

It's in the Manual. TVA comes with S/W in the states.
