Hello any body knows how can i record and change the greeting message so wen there is a incoming call your her the greeting message of the company, not the default that comes with the Voice mail, because i know how to record the message for each ext. that has a voice mail serves, but i need to change the greeting message that you get first we you dial the office number be four you dial the ext. that you want to talk to.

To change the company greeting you go through the mailbox manager voicemail, this is normaly password protected so if you don't have it you will have to ask whoever installed it. you also need to know what company greating is programmed and what custom service is setup. so you can record in the right place.
