What software and cable do I need to get into a TVS100??? Also what software do I need to program a 8EXT Hybrid System???

Chris, for the TVS 100 all you need is hyperterm
and a NULL modem cable or adapter.
9600-8-N-1
No flow control, no auto detect.

The "8EXT Hybrid System" is probably a KX-TD 816/1232. Could you please check that for us as the 8EXT Hybrid is a KX-TD170 expansion card, not the actual system model.
Non the less, the system software is proprietary to certified dealers.
You can however program through a display set.

thanks and sorry for the wrong part number. I am not on site, the customer has given this information over the phone and I am trying to do some research before I go out there and waiste a whole day away on a system I don't know...

ok, heres the deal I am at the customer site and he said someone hacked into his VM and used the dial out feature and called all over the world..how do I turn off the dial out feature and how do I change the system and user passwords??

Chris, It's very possible that the TVS100 was hacked into, it does happen.
I would suggest you get a hold of a local Panasonic certified Tech. as the help you need is more then we can provide on the forum.
You find that one of our members is willing to work with you by phone or email.
