Hi there,

I am having a problem with a KX-TD1232 system and a KX-TVA50. The software for the system is 231S and the manual says for DPT integration it needs to be 231Uxxx( whatever). Does anyone know who/how I can get a software upgrade or should I just go with inband analog integration. If I go inband then I have a unused dpt expansion board and need an analog expansion board.

What is the xxxxxx if the rest of the code is later than 940430 ie 30th of april 1994 it should work ok.
If before that date you will have to change the e-proms in the system to a newer date.

try setting a port to vm and connect the vm to it if the light stops flashing on the vm you will have dpits intergration.

This could be different for the USA models,but it wont hurt to try of some one will let us know here it I am wrong

hey I'm pretty sure its a -2 you should have no problem with vm dpits .When you go in through the key pad do you have fields 113,114 & 117,118,119 ?

I'll double check. I haven't been out again for a couple of weeks.
