Hope anyone can help, I want to program the c.o. access for tda 100
ext 101 can access C.O. 1 and 2 but cannot access c.o. 3 and 4
ext 102 can access c.o. 3 and 4 but cannot access c.o. 1 and 2
this is somewhat the program that im trying to do but to no success, hope anyone can help. really appreciate it.

You have to put the lines into seperate groups and set access to the co groups in system class of service external call block, then put the extensions in the respective cos.
If you dont understand any of the above instructions you should get a Panasonic tda engineer in to do it for you as it could lead to other problems if not done right.

thank you sir!!! got it working.
but i have a question, because the system i've done now has 2 digital extension cards. and the next one im going to do is it will have 3 card 1 digital and 2 analog, im wondering how the analog handset will take a line? have to dial "9"? how do i set the automatic line access number? is there a parameter for that?

yes sir you need to set up "pick up dial" for each extension

The access no is pre-set as 9 if you want to change it, you change it in system ,numbering plan.
if you want to set the system to give the analouge extensions a line on off hook you set up pick up dial as the phone guy said, but only if the users do not want to dial internaly as they only have a second or 2 before it gives a outside line and you cant dial internal extensions. I would only use this if a fax or modem was connected to that extension
