I have two offices connected via VPN using KXTDA0470.
On previous posting with Echo problem, I ordered OPB3 and echo cancellation card. Before I get to install it, Echo is pretty much gone but now there is delay in transmittion. I called from cell to main office and transfer call back and I can see the delay.
Again this run on CbYond T1 line, VPN network, PBX method.
I am sure this happening thru CbYond doing something since it was working fine and no programming has changed.
I am planning to install OPB# and echo cancellation card anyway.
Will it help?
Thanks

I don't think the echo card will help delay, no harm in putting it in any to help prevent echo problems in future, the delay is probly caused by the packets not ariving to second site together and the jitter buffer is kicking in to string the packets together. do a ping to far site and see how long it takes to come back,
