Is there a way for Panasonic Tech Support to retrieve a password for the kxtd or kxta series phone systems. Were the new vendor and password is not the default password and customer doesnt have password either.

I believe they can do all of that if you put a modem on the system.
This model is end of life

Not sure of Version, havent been to site, another Vendor wants me to go out there after they couldnt get into programming from default password, and customer doesnt know password either.

Yes, PM that was sent could help me, I have to get out there and see if it will work. Panasonic could do it also with a modem on the system.
Panasonic told me they could not help with the Kxta 824. There is no back door.
