Hey Everyone One of our customers decided to change their mind about 3 years after install of this system. Right now all of there calls are immediatly going into the auto attendant which we are using a 3rd Party Voicemail system (Telekol). What they would like to do is have an extension ring 3 times and then if no one answers go to the autoattendant. Now I could do it easily by going into day and changing it to go to that extension only and then have no voicemail box on extension 101. But they need there general mailbox on that extension. Voicemail is 270 and extension to ring is 101. Now I've been told to use the intercept option but I tried setting that up to intercept the call from Ext 101 and but the intercept as 270 for voicemail. It does not seem to work right. Do any of you know a correct procedure and the programming codes I need to go into in order to accomplish this as I have no clue what to do next. Thanks

It will work if you have your intercept timer programmed right. The alternative is to go into station ring programming and set x101 to immediate ring and x270 for a 3 ring delay. Are you familiar with Panasonic programming or just winging it?
