This might be part of the problem. When we go in to listen to messages, here's what happens: "Hit 11 to hear vm, long long pause, hit *, wait for system to tell you to enter your extension..." Now if I have to wait for the long pause to deposit someone into the voicemail that might be whats going on. Since the pause is so Loooong it's not hearing the extension key. So... is there a way to make that long pause shorter?
As far as the Pilot number your talking about... The person who set this up for us has crappy notes! The list I found has several columns listing the following in this order: Mailbox# | User Name | Number Column1 | Number Column2
In these columns is what it says... No Column1 is just numbers going down the list in numberic order, No Column2 is numbers circled going down the list and not in numberic order. Across the top of this note it says Voicemail Ext 60 with the word Pilot # underneath it with nothing written next to that. Pilot number is kind of centered over the last two number columns. There is a total of 16 Mailbox numbers down the page. So pilot number... I'm not sure what that is or how it applies to entering Mailboxes. The general mailbox is also listed as Ext 50. I was left with terrible notes and not instruction book, I downloaded that online and while it has helped, some things are still foreign to me. Thanks guys for putting up with me and trying to help.
