Tried to install new TDA30 system, had difficulty loading maintenance console from disc supplied. Found only TDA15 system available on disc, install on Pc unable to connect to TDA30 system. I select E when loading setup parameters, does anyone have any ideas

You may need to load the usb drivers in to your device drivers within the PC. You should be able to connect via serial though! Are you Using the right passwords

The kxtda 15 and 30 use the same maintenance tool, Like Milldod said it could be the usb driver or software version, what error are you getting on the screen. What disk do you have, the maintenance tool does not come shipped with the system.

I have loaded the usb driver for the operating system I am using. when I try to connect with the default password I get a message "PBX CONNECTION UNSUCCESSFUL" The disc I received has the documentation and software loaded.

What have you on your pc, I don't think they have a driver for Vista yet.

I think that you have the Quick installation software. A free TDA15 softwaretool. This tool can't be use to programm the TDA30.
