OK, I usually do Toshibas and lately, we had to venture into the new Panasonic TDA systems due to customer demands. Here is where my problem starts:

The customer does not want a TDA600 but bought two TDA200 instead for each of the office floors. Now, they want to have the two systems "connected" so that they can call each other without having to use a CO trunk line. So, for each TDA200 system, I took two SLT ports from one TDA200 and connect it to the other TDA200 but to their CO Trunk port. And vice versa.

This is where I start to have problems because I do not know how to program DISA. Reading the manuals, it stated it need an OGM card but all I need it for each TDA system to recognise the specific CO Trunk as DISA and lets the caller dial the extension. I do not want the DISA CO lines to ring as incoming CO trunk line.

Yes, and they wanted it by this Friday. sheesh. Can anyone help me on this?

MrE, Wouldn't it be easier to put those two CO buttons on the phones that will be calling back and forth, then when they press that CO button they should be drawing intercom tone from the other system and call anywhere they want.
I'm thinking that you set these up as not to ring on incomming, unless you want that also then they could cover each other's system.

why don't you put in 2 gateway cards. they can dial each extension as if on its own system.
just connect 1 cat5 cable with crossover cable.
or put in 2 e&m cards.
If cost is a factor, mr g has the right answer, but transfering calls between systems, you would have to do a unsupervised conference on co

even if you got disa working I am not sure
you can dial 3 digit numbers I think its more
like a total of 10 Auto Attendant destinations so its not so great 9 could possibly hand you off to another set of 10 destinations (O'B Correct me if I am wrong about 3 digit #'s)

JoJon, You can dial in and use disa same as a slt telephone on the system.
You can also use disa as an AA.

Something like that, only thing if he only has 2 co's then only 2 calls each way can be made at one time across the systems.

You will also need a option board and a disa card.( here anyway). should look at e&m or gateway cards. will interface a lot better

Many k for those cards could have been spent more wisely on a 600 no disa card here .You just add MSG4 and 4 exts that would give you 4 paths.
but there is the old CPC chestnut that may be a
problem

The gateway cards are big bucks, but the cost of a 8 channel e&m card would not be a whole lot more than the 4 channel message card and the option card, but would work a lot better. and no cpc issues

Sorry,it is called the message card, but it is the same thing just will do on hold messaging as well.
