OK, here is another question. From the Installation manual, the TDA100 or TDA200 can have two MOH sources. So, now I have one potential customer who wishes to split his company into two sub-companies, each with their own MOH source.
And their requirement is this: When the caller calls in on, say, Company A's CO Line, they will get to hear Company A's MOH. And if the caller calls on Company B's CO line, they will hear Company B's MOH. (Here's a thought. What happens if caller was transferred from Company A to Company B and vice-versa?)
I have asked the local distributor about this but they have never tried this before. Has anyone gone through this?

Yes it should work the way you describe set it up on the bench and let us know how you make out. you must allow inter-tenant intercom calling and line access most likely to other tenents trunk groups.

It will hear the moh of the tenant group the line is in. if all lines are in one group it will hear the moh of the extension tenant
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

Does not work properly with PRI. Works for incoming calls OK. Out going you can,t make a call as the other company. You can pick a group that will send the right CID, but if you put call on hold it gets your tenant group music.

JoJon, please explain how to make the above work properly. TS said that they did not know when this would be fixed. I Am describing picking up COMPANY A ICD group from COMPANY B Phone and making outbound call, then put call on hold. If you have a solution to this I will be forever in your debt. I know you can program a button to Flip the phone to an extension in COMPANY A, but thats a lot of trouble to flip back and forth.

depends if you are talking about the 600 you have sdn's and pdn's so I'dd say that if you had a sdn from tenant A and you were in b and you made a call from said sdn it'd show as company A

Talking 200 with SDN's and PDN's, either way it won't work.

Are you saying that you tested this if you have a sdn or pdn from tenant "b" and you are in tenant "a" and you make a call off a sdn button that you would still show up with tenants "a" clip? or do you show up with the clip that is set for that sdn's ext?
