Is it possible to change the extension number 101 to 11 and 102 to 12 and so on, tried it on extension number but doesn't work anyone can help.

sorry forgot to mention the system is a TDA100

Yes, you have to delete all all the exsisting 1xx number range and change the numbering plan to 2 digit. this could affect other things like Icd groups and dss keys if the system is already up and running
