I need to get jack No. 13 (ext212)to ring on all incoming calls in day and night mode. I have it set to ring in 603 and 604. Is their another step I have missed. I am connected to the T&R and that's all fine. I am programming by the phone and thats a pain in the butt, does anyone know where I can get a copy of the software. Thanks in Advance!

Norstar, unless you sre using "flexible numbering" port 13 should be 113 and 213 on the XDP. Port 1 on that by default is 101 not 100. ------------------ MrG

is the port set as a expd in 600, if not it follows the programming of the digital port. does it ring if you dial 212, or if you ring a digital phone what extension number comes up.

It sounds like you need to activate parallel ringing. At the digital set, intercom 39, 1, auto dial. Now try it.
