I have setup another hunt grp (295) with a name 'travel' on a D816 the site has BRI ISDN. There is another group which works fine someone else set this up 3 yrs ago. When I ring 295 internally I get the group to ring with the name. when I ring in on the ISDN I get the group to ring but no name any help appreciated.

In prog 622 incoming call display (set to caller) change it to ddi (I think), look at the other extensions that are working.

The hunt group number is not on a port number it is programmed under floating number assign.

yes but when a call comes in it displays the caller id on handset,to see the group name you have to tell the extensions in the group to show it.
