I am having a problem when I try to transfer a call to voicemail that it goes to the opening greeting and than just tries all the operator boxes. On Saturday we did move the box across the room but tested it and everything was fine. I come in Monday and this problem is starting up.
I've tried a rebot but had no luck. I can give any information that is needed as any help would be appreciated.
What is interesting is that if I than at the greeting punch in the extension it will go to their voice mail for some of them. Others just keep calling at the phone.

What system is it on? Sounds like the Call forwarding is off somewhere, at least on some of the extensions. I would check that first.

The model number of the box is VB-43060. So you think it is before it talks to the panavoice or maybe someone managed to mess up the way it forwards the extension to it?

If you can get the greeting and dial an extension and it just rings the phones then the VM is trans fine, the sets sound like they have there CFB or CFNA off. Is this working with a 824 or what?

I do apologize as I don't know what an 824 exactly is. If you could be more descriptive possibly?
Also the problem is when someone hits the vm transfer on the phone, types in the extension and than hangs up. It would normally go to that person's vm box but instead just goes to the main greeting.

You have a DBS 96 port cabinet. You have lost the CFWD integration digits to VM.

So the problem is that the system lost the code it uses when forwarding a call to the voicemail system so it doesn't know which box to go to? Is it possible for that code to just be lost?
Does the CFWD integration digits go by another name? I was looking at the voice mail ID code earlier. Sorry for all the trouble thanks for the help.

Could it be that you had OAI integration and you did not plug the serial connection back?

By OAI integration are you referring to the serial key on the back of the VM box? That is the only one that has ever been plugged into the system which to my understanding was just the liscense.
