Ext 103 I have no CO dialtone either in handset or speakerphone. i can dial, the phone behaves like its dialing, the displays time on call, etc but no call is completed.
I didn't test the phone prior to messing with it but the only thing I did was enable call logging on it at the phone> intercom 7371# and CID-C. I did a phone reset Intercom 79# but I still can't hear dialtone. I cannot answer incoming calls on that extension

Found my problem during the post but decided to go ahead and finish the post to help others in the future.
The problem was a ring side open that somehow occurred while I was troubleshooting a DSL issue. The ring open caused my no audio on speaker or handset, etc.
That DSL trouble was caused by the alarm company not having a DSL filter on their system, I had to do the troubleshootig; they were blaming the phone system knocking down the DSL when doing outgoing or incoming calls.
