Is the line button a icd group button or a co line button.
The icd button as standard will not allow you to pick up the call by pressing it, you will have to allow it in systems options. Is the call a direct call to another extension, if so it could have pickup deny set up. as standard a flashing co or extension light can be picked up. If the light is coming on and staying solid then you have to be in the icd group to get it or use call pick up code *40xx. xx = pick up group 01- 32. again if you are not in the same pick up group you won't be able to get it default is all in 01
