hey techs, how ya'll doing? i have a fax which is using line3 on the system, and i'm trying to find out what is the best way to make the fax work, my customer wants the line in the system, he only has 3. also will i need any equipment?

Put the fax on a extension and program line 3 to ring that extension. You can set up pick up dial on that extension to dial 9 and then they would not have to dial 9 every time they send a fax

thank OBT, but do i need any cards for fax detection or data connection for fax?

You could use the disa card for fax detection, but it line 3 is the fax number then no. someone rings the line 3 number then it rings the fax
