Is it possible to have an announcement only on a voicemail box on the tvm50 voicemail unit. I have read the manuals I could set it up with cos minimum everything but an announcement only would be better thanks for any help

Hey.
I am not 100% sure, but I don't think you have the option of creating an announcement ONLY box. BUT I would create a Custom Service menue as an announcement tool to which a caller can be addressed through main menue or from a specific mailbox's "personal custom service menue."
When you create a menue in "Custom servie menue" tool, you can record anything you want or upload pre-recorded information. Also you provide additional choices from which callers can chose after having finished listenning.

on the tvm 50 in the custom service options part of the mailbox there is a setting for "no dtmf" the default option is to take message , you can set it to disconnect or disconnect after hrs
your choice
