Hello,
My installation runs with an ISDN BRI line. We must now use a PRI line. So I have the card KX-TDA0290. I'd like to know how to configure this card on my pabx. How to attribute direct number to the extensions? Can we do it with a Proprietary telephone? If so, what are the codes or commands? Thanks!

The PRI card is pretty much plug and play. You do need to know how many digits are being sent in your DID's and I don't know if you can assign the numbers through a telephone. IMO anyone programming a TDA200 should be connecting with a laptop. If you're unclear on the programming process, a certified dealer would be your best bet.

Theodore, thank you very much for coming here for support and we welcome you. Unfortunately, the information that you are requesting is beyond the realm of information that we are permitted to provide in our public forums.
In addition, this product is restricted to certified dealers only, so if we hand out programming information to end-users, we risk losing our dealership. I am not sure if Panasonic's policies are the same in Africa as they are here in the US, but I would assume that they are. You really need to consult with a certified and authorized TDA dealer for a solution.
