Customer has a 1232-3. I need to add an expension cabinet, the 2nd cabinet does need to be a version 3 also right? Do you have to initialize the system? We will try to talk them into getting a TDA but they're acting broke.
They also have forwarding to co's going on and they have callers complaining of the low volume that happens when the system performs a conference. I remember once four years ago or so a customer bought a conference gain chip which I installed on his td816 and it worked pretty well. I've never seen that chip again. Does anyone know the part number to that chip?
